The Baltimore Ravens brought in four free agents for tryouts on Saturday including TE Jordan Leggett, according to Jamison Hensley.
The full list of tryouts for Baltimore includes:
- TE Jordan Leggett
- WR Siaosi Mariner
- P Johnny Townsend
- WR DeAndrew White
Leggett, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Jets back in 2017. New York waived him shortly after the 2019 NFL Draft and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Buccaneers.
Leggett was in the third year of his four-year, $2,682,052 contract and set to make a base salary of $645,000 for the 2019 season when the Bucs waived him coming out of the preseason. He was on and off their practice squad before recently being cut loose.
In 2018, Leggett appeared in 15 games for the Jets and caught 14 passes for 114 yards receiving and one touchdown.
White, 28, wound up going undrafted out of Alabama back in 2015 before signing a three-year, $1.582 million contract with the 49ers. He lasted just a few months in San Francisco before signing on to the Patriots’ practice squad a few weeks into the regular season.
From there, White played for the Texans and Broncos before joining the Panthers during the 2018 season. Carolina declined to tender White a restricted offer during the offseason before re-signing him to a contract in March.
The Panthers released him a few weeks ago.
In 2019, White appeared in 10 games for the Panthers and caught four passes for 51 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also totaled 226 kick return yards.
