Onuoha, 27, wound up going undrafted out of Texas A&M-Commerce back in 2019. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Ravens.
However, Baltimore later waived Onuoha and re-signed him to their practice squad before bringing him back this past January on a futures contract.
During his three years at Texas A&M-Commerce, Onuoha recorded 137 tackles, one interception, 14 sacks, two forced fumbles, a blocked kick and four passes defended over the course of three seasons and 38 games.
