The Baltimore Ravens announced Wednesday that they’ve waived TE Jacob Breeland with the non-football injury designation and activated DB Nigel Warrior from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Breeland, 22, wound up going undrafted out of Oregon back in April. He later agreed to a three-year, $2.28 million contract with the Ravens.
Breeland suffered a torn ACL back in October of last year, so there was some question about whether he would play this season.
During his college career at Oregon, Breeland caught 74 passes for 1,225 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 30 games.
