Ravens Waiving Former Third-Round OLB Tim Williams

Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports that the Ravens are waiving OLB Tim Williams on Tuesday.

Baltimore is working out outside linebackers today, so a signing should be coming in the near future.

Williams, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Ravens back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $3.39 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $690,000 and $790,000 over the final two years of the agreement.

In 2019, Williams has appeared in four games for the Ravens and recorded two tackles and no sacks.
