Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times reports that Ravens LB Ray Lewis is not going to be able to go this weekend as his toe injury has forced him out of practice throughout the week.
Wilson also mentions that Lewis has been evaluated by an independent doctor and it appears that the injury is as bad as believed which means that he could miss a number of weeks.
It’s hard to imagine what the Ravens defense will look without Lewis in middle considering that he hasn’t missed a game since 2007. Baltimore will have to make some adjusts as they’ll be without their defensive leader for Sunday’s game against the Bengals.
