According to Howard Balzer, the Baltimore Ravens brought in four running backs for workouts on Monday including:
Jackson, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2016. Dallas waived him towards the end of the 2016 season and was later claimed off waivers by the Browns.
The Cowboys signed Jackson to a contract the following year, but elected to cut him loose as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players. Jackson had a brief stint with the Packers before returning to the Cowboys last year.
Jackson was, once again, among the Cowboys’ roster cuts a few weeks ago.
In 2018, Jackson has appeared in four games for the Packers and Cowboys and rushed for 16 yards on six carries (2.2 YPC).
Scarbrough, 22, is a former seventh-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2018. Dallas elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year and he later signed on to the Cowboys’ practice squad.
After a brief stint with the Jaguars, Scarbrough was signed to the Seahawks’ active roster late last season. He was, unfortunately, waived by Seattle a few weeks ago.
During his three-year college career at Alabama, Scarbrough rushed for 1,512 yards on 267 carries (5.7 YPC) to go along with 21 receptions for 131 yards receiving and 20 touchdowns over the course of 31 games.
