The Washington Redskins announced Saturday that they’ve placed WR Paul Richardson on injured reserve and promoted OT Timon Parris to their active roster.
Richardson, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $4,712,835 contract with the Seahawks before signing a five-year, $40 million deal with the Redskins last year.
Richardson stands to make base salaries of $6 million and $7.5 million over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2019, Richardson appeared in 10 games for the Redskins and caught 28 passes for 245 yards receiving and touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 95 receiver out of 120 qualifying players.
