The Washington Redskins announced Wednesday that they’ve promoted DB Jeremy Reaves to their active roster and placed CB Danny Johnson on injured reserve.
- The Redskins also signed DB Jack Tocho to their practice squad.
Hereโs the Redskins updated practice squad:
- WR Darvin Kidsy
- T Timon Parris
- DT JoJo Wicker
- TE J.P. Holtz
- C Casey Dunn (Injured)
- LB Josh Carraway
- OT Roubbens Joseph
- DB Alex Carter
- WR Montay Crockett
- RB Russell Hansbrough
- DB Jack Tocho
Reaves, 22, wound up signing on with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of South Alabama back in May. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the team but was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason.
Since they, Reaves has been on and off of the Redskins’ practice squad.
During his four-year college career at South Alabama, Reaves recorded 301 tackles, 20.5 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, eight interceptions, 22 pass defenses, eight forced fumbles and two recoveries.
