Adam Schefter reports that the Redskins are releasing veteran CB Kayvon Webster on Monday.
Webster, 29, is a former third-round pick of the Broncos back in 2013. He played out his four- year, $2,745,800 contract before signing a two-year, $7.75 million contract that included $4.25 million guaranteed with the Rams in 2017.
Webster was set to make a base salary of $3 million for the 2018 season when the Rams released him during the offseason. From there, he had brief stints with the Texans and Saints before the Redskins signed him late last season.
In 2019, Webster was limited to appearing in two games and recorded seven tackles, no interceptions and two passes defended for the Redskins.
