Redskins Tried Out LBs Jayson DiManche, Mason Foster, & Parys Haralson

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Redskins tried out linebacker Jayson DiManche, Mason Foster, Parys Haralson and Carlos Fields on Monday.

DiManche, 24, signed on with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Illinois back in 2013. He was waived/injured during the first round of roster cuts and eventually released from injured reserve with a settlement.

DiManche has recently workout for the Browns and Jaguars.

In 2014, DiManche appeared in 14 games for the Bengals and recorded 11 tackles and a forced fumble before he was placed on season-ending injured reserve with a broken forearm.

Foster, 26, signed a one-year deal with the Bears back in March with the hope that he could solidify one of their interior linebacker spots. However, he wound up being among the Bears’ final roster cuts.

Last year, Foster appeared in 10 games and recorded 62 tackles and three pass defenses for the Buccaneers. Pro Football Focus has Foster rated as the No. 43 inside linebacker out of 60 qualifying players.
