Spence recently worked out for the Bills but left Buffalo without a deal.

Buffalo had been trying to trade Washington for a few years before they officially cut him loose. The Cowboys signed him to their practice squad before the Bengals added him to their active roster in late September.

The Bengals cut Washington loose this offseason, after which he landed in Miami. The Dolphins waived him coming out of the preseason.

In 2018, Washington appeared in five games and recorded eight tackles and a sack.
