James Walker of ESPN reports that free agent LB Keith Rivers has agreed to a two-year deal with the Bills.

• Walker adds that Rivers will make $5 million over the course of two years.

Rivers, 26, was taken with the No. 9 overall pick by the Cincinnati Bengals back in 2008. He has spent the past two years with the Giants.

In 2013, he appeared in all 16 games playing a total of 429 snaps. He totaled 45 tackles, one sack and a fumble recovery.
