ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Browns have reached an agreement with OLB Quentin Groves.
Ian Rapoport adds that Groves will receive a two-year deal.

It would make sense to see them give Groves a shot at competing for the outside linebacker job across fromย Paul Kruger next season.
