D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the Dolphins are signing WR Kevin Cone.
Cone visited with the Panthers a few weeks ago and the Jaguars were also believed to have interest in him.
Cone, 26, signed with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia Tech back in 2011. Last year, he appeared in 16 games for the Falcons, but played just 51 offensive snaps. He totaled one reception for 12 yards, but also contributed to Atlanta’s special teams unit.
