Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Panthers have signed former Ravens TEย Ed Dickson to aย one-year contract on Thursday.
- Joe Person reports thatย Dickson will receive a veterans minimum salary of $730,000 andย a $65,000 signing bonus.
Dickson, 26, reportedly had offers from theย Ravensย andย Jaguars, but recent reports indicated that he was likely to sign with the Panthers, so this doesn’t come as much of a surprise.
Dickson appeared in all 16 games for the Ravens and totaled 25 receptions forย 273 yards receiving and a touchdown. He was rated byย Pro Football Focusย as the worst qualifying tight end in the league this past season.
