Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports reports that the Raiders have signed S Usama Young to a two-year contract.
Young, 28, appeared in 12 games for the Raiders last season and contributed 26 tackles, 2.5 sacks and an interception.
His season ultimately ended in Week 14 after he suffered a season-ending neck injury was placed on injured reserve.
