Williams, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Saints back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $3,061,619 contract and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.
In 2018, Williams appeared in 15 games for the Saints and recorded 53 tackles, one sack, an interception returned for a touchdown, two forced fumbles and nine pass defenses.
