Saints released DT Woodrow Hamilton from their practice squad.
Hamilton, 25, originally signed on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi back in 2016. He was on and off of their practice squad the past few years before signing on with the Saints in October of last year.
The Saints cut Hamilton loose coming out of the preseason and later re-signed him to their taxi squad.
In 2016, Hamilton appeared in two games for the Patriots and recorded three tackles and no sacks.
