Saints Sign Third-Round DE Trey Hendrickson

The New Orleans Saints signed third-round DE Trey Hendrickson to a four-year rookie contract, according to Herbie Teope.

This is the first draft pick signing for the Saints, but more are expected in the near future.

Hendrickson, 22, was selected with the No. 103 overall pick by the Saints in this year’s NFL Draft.

According to OverTheCap.com, Hendrickson will receive a four-year contract worth $3,106,288, which includes a signing bonus of $706,284.

During his four-year college career at Florida Atlantic, Hendrickson recorded 125 total tackles, 41 tackles for loss, 29.5 sacks, three pass defenses, two fumble recoveries, and seven forced fumbles.
