According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, the New Orleans Saints are signing DT Malcom Brown to a three-year deal worth a total of $15 million.

Brown, 25, is a former first-round pick out of Texas by the Patriots in the 2015 NFL Draft. He signed four-year, $7.613 million rookie contract that included $6.242 million guaranteed and earned a base salary of $1,473,168 in 2018.
The Patriots declined Brown’s fifth-year option last year, making him eligible for unrestricted free agency this year.
In 2018, Brown appeared in 15 games for the Patriots, recording 39 total tackles, no sacks and one fumble recovery.
