Coleman, 24, suffered a foot injury last weekend was expected to miss at least six weeks. Seattle has already said that they plan to move forward with Robert Turbin at fullback for now, but LB L. J. Fort is apparently getting some work at the position as well.
Coleman still has one year remaining on his three-year, $1.485 million contract, so he should get an opportunity to compete for the starting job next year.
