According to Bob Condotta, the Seahawks have waived TE Kayaune Ross and signed WR Malik Turner to a contract on Sunday.
Ross wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Kentucky back in May. He was waived a month later before eventually signing on with the Seahawks.
During his college career at Kentucky, Ross caught 21 passes for 296 yards receiving (14.1 YPR) to go along with one touchdown over the course of two seasons and 11 games.
Turner is an undrafted free agent out of Illinois. This will be his first opportunity with an NFL team.
During his four-year college career at Illinois, Turner caught 143 passes for 1,804 yards receiving (12.6 YPR) and 10 touchdowns over the course of 40 games.
