Seahawks Worked Out 4 Players Including LB Deion Barnes

According to Howard Balzer, the Seahawks worked out four players on Tuesday including LB Deion Barnes, DE Sterling Bailey, DE Jeoffrey Pagan and DT Greg Milhouse.

Of the players who tried out, the Seahawks elected to sign Bailey to their practice squad.

Barnes, 23, originally signed on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State. He was unfortunately among the Jets’ final roster cuts last year but was later added to their practice squad. New York elected to bring him back on a future/reserve contract this past January.

However, Barnes was once again waived as the Jets cut their roster down to 75 players.

Barnes has yet to appear during an NFL game.
