Liz Mathews of ESPN 710 reports that Seahawks have removed WR Sidney Rice from their PUP list and be able to participate in practice.
Rice is coming of surgeries that were performed on both of his shoulders, so there’s definitely some serious concerns regarding his ability moving forward, but the Seahawks could really use his ability to stretch the field this season.
