The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Tuesday that they’ve placed S Nat Berhe on injured reserve and promoted CB Brian Allen to their active roster.
Berhe, 27, is a former fifth-round pick of the Giants back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,412,800 contract with the Giants before agreeing to a one-year contact with the Steelers this past April.
The Steelers cut Berhe coming out of the preseason only to bring him back a few days later.
In 2018, Berhe appeared in four games for the Steelers and recorded three tackles and no sacks or interceptions.
