Steelers Re-Signing S Sean Davis

Adam Schefter reports that the Steelers are re-signing S Sean Davis a day after he was released by Washington.

Davis, 26, was drafted in the second round out of Maryland by the Steelers in 2016. He played out the final year of a four-year contract worth $4,086,976 to go along with a signing bonus of $1,172,344 and made a base salary of $1 million in 2019.

Washington signed Davis to a one-year, $5 million contract this past March only to cut him loose on Saturday. 

Davis played in one game for the Steelers in 2019, recording five total tackles.
