Texans Claim OL Sam Longo Off Waivers From Dolphins

The Houston Texans claimed OL Sam Longo off of waivers from the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

• Miami waived Longo on Saturday to make room for veteran C Samson Satele.

Longo, 23, signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati this past May.

It’s never easy catching on with a team at this point in offseason and cracking the final 53-man roster, but there are still four preseason games on the schedule for him to prove his worth.
