Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that the Titans have agreed to terms with TE Chase Coffman on Wednesday.
- The Titans placed TE Dorin Dickerson on season-ending injured reserve with an undisclosed injury.
Coffman, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals. After spending a little over three years in Cincinnati, Coffman later signed on with Falcons in 2012. However, Atlanta informed him back in April that they had no plans to re-sign him.
Last year, he played just 28 offensive snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
