Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that Kenny Britt does indeed have a torn ACL which will end his 2011 season.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Tennessee Titans suspect that WR Kenny Britt has a torn both his MCL and “possibly” his ACL during yesterday’s game against the Broncos.
The team is hoping that its just an MCL sprain but that appears to be wishful thinking at this point.
Britt has been amazingly productive in for the Titans but his loss will certainly have an impact on the teams passing game. Veteran QB Matt Hasselbeck has been much better than many thought he would but he’ll now be expected to do more without his best weapon. This could open the door for players like Nate Washington and Jared Cook to see their targets increase in the coming weeks.
An MRI is scheduled for some time today so we’ll post more updates as the news becomes available.
