Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Titans have placed OLB Vic Beasley on the reserve/did not report list on Tuesday.
The Titans have already announced the move and that they’ve placed WR Corey Davis on the active/PUP list.
Beasley, 27, is a former first-round pick of the Falcons back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $14.5 million contract but the Falcons picked up his fifth-year option worth $14,200,000 for the 2019 season.
The Titans signed Beasley to a one-year contract worth up to $12 million this offseason.
In 2019, Beasley appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons and recorded 42 total tackles, 8 sacks, two forced fumbles and two pass defenses.
Davis, 25, was the fifth overall pick by the Titans in the 2017 NFL Draft. He is entering the final year of a fully guaranteed four-year, $25.39 million contract that included a signing bonus of $16.60 million.
The Titans declined Davis’ fifth-year option earlier this offseason. He’ll be an unrestricted free agent in 2021.
In 2019, Davis appeared in 15 games for the Titans and had 43 receptions for 601 yards (14 YPC) and two touchdowns.
