The Tennessee Titans announced Monday that they’ve promoted TE Anthony Firkser to their active roster and waived RB Dalyn Dawkins.
Firkser, 23, originally signed on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2017. He lasted just a few months in New York before he was waived and later signed to the Chiefs’ practice squad.
Kansas City brought Firkser back on a futures contract this past January only to release him shortly after the 2018 draft. He later caught on with the Titans, but was added to their practice squad last month.
In 2018, Firkser has appeared in one game for the Titans.
