According to Jim Wyatt, the Titans have promoted WR Kalif Raymond and DB Kareem Orr from their practice squad and waived DL Matt Dickerson and RB Dalyn Dawkins to make room for them.
Raymond, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Holy Cross back in 2016. He lasted just over a year in Denver before he was waived and later claimed by the Jets in 2017.
Since then, Raymond has had multiple stints with the Giants and Titans but wound up signing on with Tennessee’s practice squad last month.
For his career, Raymond has appeared in 12 games predominantly as a return specialist, recording 29 punt returns for 210 yards (7.2 YPR) and no touchdowns to go along with 20 kickoff returns for 408 yards (20.4 YPR) and no touchdowns.
