Titans Reach Agreement With P Brett Kern On Five-Year, $15M Deal

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that the Titans and punter Brett Kern have reached an agreement on five-year contract.

• Adam Caplan reports that Kern will receive $15 million in total over the course of five years.

Kern, 29, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo back in 2008. He was later claimed off of waivers by the Titans the following year.

Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 9 punter out of 37 qualifying players.
