The Titans announced Wednesday they’ve signed DL Frank Herron to their roster.
Herron had previously been with the Patriots until they waived him to make room for LB Jamie Collins.
Herron, 24, originally signed on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of LSU back in May of last year. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract before he was waived coming out of the preseason.
Herron later signed on to the Seahawks’ practice squad before returning to the Patriots in October. New England brought him back on a futures contract this past February.
During his four-year college career at LSU, Herron recorded 67 tackles, six tackles for a loss, two sacks, three forced fumbles and a recovery.
