Titans Sign TE Brett Brackett To Practice Squad, Waive TE Orson Charles

The Titans announced that they have signed TE Brett Brackett to their practice squad on Tuesday and released ET Orson Charles.

Brackett, 26, actually signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State back in 2011, but was later waived from the team’s practice squad in September. He has since had brief stints with the Jaguars, Eagles and Cardinals.

Charles, 23, is a former fourth-round pick of the Bengals. He just signed to the Titans practice squad last week, so this isn’t a good sign that they made the decision to move on after just a few days.

Last year, Charles appeared in 13 games and caught just a single pass for eight years.
