The Titans announced on Monday they’ve signed QB Logan Woodside and TE Keith Towbridge.
Both players spent time in the AAF this spring before the league folded.
Woodside, 23, was taken in the seventh round in 2018 by the Bengals. According to OverTheCap.com, Woodside received a four-year, $2,529,996 contract which includes a $69,996 signing bonus.
The Bengals elected to cut him loose as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players. Woodside spent about three weeks on the Titans practice squad in September before being released.
Woodside later played for the San Antonio Commanders in the AAF’s first and only season. In seven games with San Antonio, Woodside completed 112-of-192 passes for 1,353 yards and seven touchdowns, with seven interceptions.
Towbridge, 23, signed with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Louisville in 2017. He was placed on injured reserve with an injury for his rookie year, then spent 2018 on the practice squad after being released in final roster cutdowns.
Towbridge joined the Atlanta Legends of the AAF this spring, playing in seven games for the Atlanta Legends and totaling 17 receptions for 196 yards.
