The Tenessee Titans officially waived LB Josh Smith from injured reserve with a settlement on Tuesday.
Smith, 6-4 and 240 pounds, took part in the Titans’ rookie minicamp this year. Tennessee elected to sign Smith to the roster a few weeks ago.
However, the Titans waived Smith an injury designation last week and later reverted to injured reserve.
During his four-year college career, Smith recorded 92 total tackles, six sacks, one forced fumble and four pass defenses in 30 career games.
