Titans Worked Out Eight Players Including DB Briean Boddy-Calhoun

According to Aaron Wilson, the Titans brought in eight players for workouts on Wednesday including DB Briean Boddy-Calhoun.

The full list of tryouts includes:

1. DB Briean Boddy-Calhoun
2. CB Kenneth Durden
3. K Kai Forbath
4. K Elliott Fry
5. DB Derrick Jones
6. K Nick Rose
7. K Ryan Santoso 
8. K Kaare Vedvik

Of this group, the Titans signed Santoso to their active roster. 

Boddy-Calhoun, 26, wound up signing on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Minnesota back in 2016. He was waived a few months later and claimed off of waivers by the Browns.

After being declined a restricted contract by Cleveland, he signed a one-year deal with the Texans back in March but was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason. 

The Texans re-signed him back in March but cut him loose two weeks ago after claiming CB Vernon Hargreaves off waivers from the Buccaneers. 

In 2019, Boddy-Calhoun has appeared in one game for Houston and recorded two tackles, one sack, and one forced fumble.
