Titus Young Arrested Twice Within A 15 Hour Span

Paula Pascheย of the Oakland Pressย reports that former Lions WR Titus Young was arrested twice in hours last Sunday.

Young’s first arrest was forย suspicion of driving under the influenceย after heย made an illegal left turn in front of a patrol car at 12:01 a.m Sunday. He was issued aย citation and later released.

At 2:22 p.m. that afternoon,ย police were alerted that aย man was seen jumping a fence at a tow yard. It wasย determined that Young was attempting to take his black mustang from the tow yard, so he was once againย bookedย at the same detention center.

Young was released by the Lions back in February, but managed to get claimed by the Rams. His stint in St. Louis lasted just a few days after the team decided to go in a different direction. Young’s judgement has been called into question numerous times, but incidents such as this make it all the more likely that he’ll never play another snap in the NFL.ย
