The Buffalo Bills announced Thursday that they’ve traded OL Wyatt Teller and a 2021 seventh-round pick to the Browns for fifth- and sixth-round picks in 2020.
Teller was clearly on the roster bubble this year. However, there are a number of teams looking for offensive line help and it appears as though the Browns stepped up and made Buffalo the best offer.
Teller, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bills back in 2018. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2.7 million contract and set to make base salaries of $570,000 and $660,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2018, Teller appeared in eight games for the Bills, making seven starts for them. Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 55 guard out of 77 qualifying players last year.
