The Miami Dolphins announced Friday that they’ve traded a conditional 2020 draft pick to the Colts for OL Evan Boehm and an undisclosed 2020 draft pick.
Boehm, 26, was drafted by the Cardinals in the fourth round in 2016 out of Missouri. He signed a four-year deal, but was waived by the Cardinals at the end of the 2018 preseason.
Boehm spent a month on the Rams practice squad before the Colts signed him to their active roster. He returned to Indianapolis this offseason on a restricted contract.
He’ll be an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
In 2018, Boehm played in 11 games and started four. He was rated as Pro Football Focus as their No. 9 center out of 38 qualifying players.
