Veteran LB Stephen Tulloch Retiring From NFL

According to to the Detroit Lions, veteran LB Stephen Tulloch will hold a press conference on Thursday to announce his retirement from the National Football League.

This implies that he’s retiring as a member of the Lions.

Tulloch, 32, is a former fourth-round pick of the Titans back in 2006. After five years in Tennessee, Tulloch signed on with the Lions spent another five years in Detroit before being released last year.

The Eagles eventually signed him to a one-year contract during the preseason and he finished out the year in Philadelphia.

For his career, Tulloch recorded 677 tackles, 14.5 sacks, five interceptions, three forced fumbles, 12 recoveries, 28 pass defenses and one defensive touchdown.
