The Minnesota Vikings announced Thursday that they’ve signed eight draft picks including second-round TE Irv Smith to four-year contracts.

Smith, 20, was selected with the No. 50 overall pick in the second round of this year’s draft. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $5,798,430 contract that includes a $2,237,040 signing bonus.
During his college career at Alabama, Smith Jr caught 58 passes for 838 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns over the course of two seasons and 24 games.
