The Minnesota Vikings announced Sunday that they’ve signed seventh-round CB Kris Boyd to a four-year contract.

Boyd was selected with the No. 217 overall pick in the seventh-round of this year’s draft by the Vikings. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $2,629,676 contract that includes a $109,676 signing bonus.
During his four-year college career at Texas, Boyd recorded 172 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, three forced fumbles and two recoveries.
