The Minnesota Vikings announced that they’ve signed TEย Nick Truesdell to their practice squad on Tuesday and released OT Storm Nortonย from the unit.
The Vikings’ practice squad now consists of:
- DT Dylan Bradley
- WR Cayleb Jones
- DE Ifeadi Odenigbo
- CB Horace Richardson
- OT Cedrick Lang
- LB Antwione Williams
- WR Rodney Adams
- C Cornelius Edison
- DB Jack Tocho
- TE Nick Truesdell
Truesdell, 27, wound up signing on with the Colorado Ice as an undrafted free agent out of Grand Rapids back in 2014. He later played for the Spokane Shock and the Portland Steel before joining the Colts in 2016.
Unfortunately, Truesdell lasted just a few days in Indianapolis before he was waived. The Vikings signed him to a contract last March only to cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
During his three-year Arena league career, Truesdell caught 127 passes for 1,527 yards receiving and 38 touchdowns for Spokane and Portland.
