Damond Talbot of NFL Draft Diamonds reports that the Vikings are signing former AAF DL Karter Schult to a contract.
Schult, 25, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Northern Iowa back in 2017. He lasted just a few months in Cleveland before he was waived coming out of the preseason.
Schult later signed with the Panthers last May, but was unfortunately waived during the preseason.
During his college career at UNI, Schult recorded 74 tackles, 17 sacks, and an interception over the course of four seasons.
