The Washington Football Team announced that they’ve activated WR Steven Sims from injured reserve on Saturday and waived DE Nate Orchard.
Washington also promoted WR Jeff Badet and C Ross Pierschbacher to their active roster.
Sims, 23, signed with Washington as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas in 2019. He agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract and has made the roster each of the past two seasons.
In 2020, Sims has appeared in three games for Washington and caught six passes for 103 yards. He also has 42 kickoff return yars and 56 punt return yards.
