Bills Waive Veteran WR Greg Salas From Injured Reserve

The Buffalo Bills officially waived veteran WR Greg Salas from injured reserve on Friday.

Salas, 28, is a former fourth-round pick of the Rams back in 2011. He was traded to the Patriots a year later and has since played for the Eagles, Lions and Jets before signing on with the Bills towards the end of last season.

The Bills elected to sign Salas to a one-year, $760,000 contract in January. However, he was placed on injured reserve with a groin injury close to a month ago.

In 2016, Salas appeared in two games and caught four passes for 89 yards receiving and one touchdown.
