The Atlanta Falcons announced Tuesday that they’ve signed DE Martin Ifedi and TE Darion Griswold to their practice squad.
The Falcons’ practice squad now consists of:
- QB Matt Simms
- DT Joe Vellano
- OT Carter Bykowski
- RB Jhurell Pressley
- G Blake Muir
- OT Kevin Graf
- DB Ryan White
- WR B.J. Daniels
- DE Martin Ifedi
- TE Darion Griswold
Ifedi, 25, is a former seventh-round pick of the Rams back in 2015. He lasted just a few months with the Rams before he was waived coming out of the preseason and later signed to the Buccaneers’ practice squad.
Ifedi returned to Tampa Bay on a future/reserve contract this past January but was unfortunately among the team’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason.
During his college career, Ifedi recorded 139 tackles, 20 sacks, four forced fumbles, three recoveries and four pass defenses.
