Brown, 25, has spent both of his professional seasons with the Jaguars. He emerged last season catching 32 passes for 446 yards, good for 13.9 yards per catch. He added two touchdowns.
The Jaguars have spent a great deal of money this offseason, particularly to fortify the offensive and defensive lines. They do have major questions on the outside however, and Mike Brown could be a factor in a largely unproven wide receiver corps.
